Flight duration can vary depending on a few factors like weather conditions and landing opportunities. Ideally we try to have all flights last anywhere from 45 – 60 minutes.

Your entire balloon ride experience will last for approximately 3 hours. This includes time for inflation, the flight and pack up with post flight celebration.

All children must be a minimum of 6 years old in order to participate in a hot air balloon ride.

We recommend that all passengers wear closed toe shoes (sneakers or hiking boots) as well as comfortable clothes that can be layered. The temperature in the morning can be quite cold but you may warm up throughout the flight with the aid not the burner and as the outside temperature rises throughout the morning. We suggest bringing a light jacket or sweatshirt for afternoon flights when it begins to cool down outside during sunset.

If the weather is not conducive for flight we will reschedule your flight for another day that has safer conditions.

Yes, all passengers must be able to remain standing for an hour as well as the ability to climb in and out of the balloon basket.

We can accommodate groups ranging from 1-6 people for your flight adventure.

Yes, children ages 6 and up are welcome to join in the hot air balloon ride fun! However, please note that the burner system can be loud; ear plugs are available for children upon request.

For parties of 6 or less, cancellations made 72 hours in advance will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 72 hours may not be refunded. For larger groups (7 or more), cancellations within 30 days may not be refunded. TBD
